We use a money back guarantee.

If an item of clothing is not to your liking, it is possible to return it, unworn and in the original packaging. The customer has a maximum of 30 days to return. The return must be registered (by telephone or e-mail) within 14 days after receipt of the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you notice an imperfection in the garment, I will be happy to discuss a good solution or replacement. When it concerns a clear shortcoming of Cuteez, the costs for return and replacement are for the seller.
