Order & delivery

As a small, starting entrepreneur, I am eligible for VAT exemption under the Small Businesses Scheme. This allows me to offer products without having to charge VAT on them. This means that no additional VAT is charged on any of the products in this webshop at checkout.

Worldwide shipping is possible with PostNL, Deutsche Post, FedEx and Homerr, depending on the choice of the buyer. Track and trace is available with some choices, that is stated. Only shipping with Homerr to the Netherlands and Belgium, and shipping with PostNL to Belgium, is 21% VAT charged. The rest is without VAT (exemption in the context of the Dutch Small Entrepreneurs Regulation).

Shipping is possible to almost all countries. Pick up at the location in Arnhem is also possible. Express delivery on the same day is possible within Arnhem for items that have already been made.

 

Delivery times

Shipping times are stated in the description of the products. Products that have already been made will be shipped the same day on business days. For products that are made to order, it takes about 7 to 9 days to ship. Delivery times vary from approx. 2-12 days.

Washing instructions

All garments have a care label, either as a separate label in the side seam or as symbols displayed with the size tag at the neck. To keep the clothing beautiful for a long time, we recommend washing it at 30 degrees and ironing it (if necessary) at a low setting. We do not recommend using the dryer. We also do not recommend fabric softener, especially for clothing with a print (text or print of flex or flock foil). Fabric softener has an adverse effect on the printing.
All clothing is pre-washed at 30 degrees.
