If an item of clothing is not to your liking, it is possible to return it, unworn and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you notice an imperfection in the garment, I will be happy to discuss a good solution or replacement. When it concerns a clear shortcoming of Cuteez, the costs for return and replacement are for the seller.

Payment

Payment is possible with Ideal, Visa or Mastercard (credit card). Apple Pay and Google Pay are also linked.
Cash payment is possible at pick-up at the location in Arnhem.

Shipping, collection and express delivery

We offer worldwide shipping with FedEx, Deutsche Post, Homerr or PostNL, depending on the choice of the buyer.
The delivery times are stated in the description of the products. Products that have already been made, are shipped the same day. For products that are made to order, the delivery time is about 7 to 9 days.
Pick up at the location in Arnhem is also possible.
Express delivery on the same day is possible within Arnhem for items that have already been made.

Fashion, tailor-made

If the regular shape and size of children's clothing does not fit your child: no problem! With a number of garments it is possible to order the garment completely tailored. This is then mentioned in the description. When choosing the size, choose the option 'custom size'. When the order is placed, I will send you a form to fill in your own measurements. The additional costs for this are stated when clicking on this option. The personal information provided will be treated confidentially and destroyed after use.

Special orders

Do you want to order something specific or do you have another wish? I am happy to think along with you if you would like a shirt made of a certain fabric instead of the dress shown, for example. Or if you want to order leggings or a baby suit made of a different fabric. I also really enjoy looking for that fabric that you would like to have in a suit, shirt, sweater or dress. I don't do clothing repairs.

I like to think along with you if you are looking for beautiful, cute baby clothes. Or if necessary I will make it especially for you! I enjoy searching for suitable fabrics or cute patterns. Anything is always possible!
I also have clothes in the collection for trendy girls or tough guys. Everything handmade, with an eye for detail.

Some items state: 'refashioned'. These are garments that are newly designed and made from previously used or surplus fabric. Refashions are therefore even more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

At Cuteez you will find sustainable, handmade clothing for babies and children up to size 152.
All clothing and accessories are handmade with lots of love from Oekotex certified and responsible fabrics. We strive for both materials and production: unique, affordable and responsible !

The face behind Cuteez

  • My name is Wieke, living in beautiful Arnhem, married and mother of five children.
    A few years ago I got physically and mentally tied up... 'burn out'. I had to say goodbye to the work I did in education.

    The beginning of an intensive period of reflection, from which I slowly but surely scramble up. I am increasingly finding out what really drives me and gives me positive energy.
    And that includes making clothes! Beautiful fabrics and haberdashery, patterns, styles, endless possibilities!

    It makes me so happy to be busy with this, that I like to do it for others as well. Hence this webshop!
